Party Update

I've rebuilt Lobbies from the ground up into what I call Parties. The new system allows you to move in and out of Quick play together, or private races, and allows you to navigate the entire site freely without being constricted to just the lobby page. With this change, you can race other players outside of your party, while still being in your own party. Previously when you joined a lobby, anytime you navigated away or refreshed the page, you would be forced out of the group and you could only race people within your party. Now it's a truly global experience with no restrictions. Additionally, I've introduced the concept of spectating. You can join a party, and just watch! You no longer have to be in the race.
