Same, I bought a mechanical keyboard a few years ago, and my accuracy instantly plummeted because my fat fingers kept hitting the wrong keys. Now I've switched back to my good ol' laptop keyboard again, and honestly the difference between them is unreal. I can understand that mechanical keyboards are better for gaming since they provide some sort of tactile feedback when a button is pressed, but with their extremely chunky keycaps I'd probably never use it to type text.

Anyone else find flat keys easier than thick ones?
I've tried the fat, chunky keys of mechanical keyboards and found they just hamper my performance. I use a laptop keyboard with super thin keys and it feels a million times easier to just glide with it. I wonder if I just haven't found the right mechanical keyboard. Anyone in a similar situation or have any advice?
