Practice typing slower and more intentionally than you normally would. You could also use Typeracer's death mode or whatever where if you make a mistake you have to restart. That's what I've done to try and get better accuracy and it is relatively effective.

one types accurately by low-key locking in... Jokes aside though, like the other guy said, take it slower and really practice on your accuracy BEFORE you practice on your speed. Don't end up like me...
Adding on to filthbringer, I say that typing more intentionally is the key. However, if you don't think you can start completing tests with 100% accuracy, try setting a personal minimum accuracy requirement that isn't 100%. As you consistently hit that minimum accuracy (start on 93 or 94 minimum accuracy), you can start raising it (95 and 96) until you can comfortably complete typing tests without making too many mistakes. I wouldn't recommend going all the way to 100%, as that is reserved for shorter easy quotes and personal bests. Seeing that you're already at 91% average accuracy, try aiming for a minimum of 93% and typing slower until you can hit your current average speed with your desired accuracy. Make sure to also do longer tests to build endurance. One resource I would recommend using is Monkeytype's minimum accuracy requirement feature, which automatically stops the test if you go below the threshold. Since Monkeytype contains most of the quotes here, you can type quotes like you're playing typer.io while also taking advantage of the built-in accuracy feature.
