If you're on windows(p (I'm a windows user on laptop and I can change to Dvorak), you can go to settings and search up terms like "keyboard layout" or "keyboard". Have you tried that before you posted this? Also, changing your layout is software based, not hardware based (meaning it depends on your operating system, not physical keyboard)

How do I change my keyboard style??
People are talking about changing the format of their keyboard. I don't know about you guys, but as a laptop user I don't have to ability to switch up the placement and format of the keys on my keyboard. That said I assume you guys are talking about changing the format in another way. How do I do this?

No I havent done that. No I do not use windows. No i have not searched those things. Because you have said that it is a software kinda thing, I will assume that "changing the layout of the keyboard" means switching which key inputs what. Right?
Yeah, that is exactly what I mean. Doesn't really matter if you use macOS or iOS or Microsoft Windows (or some other operating system). Just go into settings and find something with the terms "keyboard" or "layout" and just search (basically what I did)
