Boring answer, but the superior typing method is one that's tailored to you. I would probably learn standard homerow typing first, and then gradually alter some keystrokes along the way.
the one that your fingers are the most used to. It's not the asdf jkl; like alot of people think. There are people who type with 2 fingers and are faster than most people who use the homerow. I consider myself an above average typer and i use three fingers
